There are various benefits in having women’s initiatives and women’s’ workshops. While specific objectives of each organisation and workshop may be varied based in the topic chosen, we also include workshops on Self-love, Time Management, Breathing for resilience and Strategies for working women. We endeavour to fill our workshops with contemplation, debate and exercises that allow the participants to open up on matters that may previously have been unmapped and unspoken. Something they may be thinking but have not verbalised out loud. Bonds are formed through conversations between individuals who have had both success and failure in their lives. This unsurprisingly leads to creating meaningful relationships primarily with themselves and others. Our workshop goal is for participants to be equipped with the essentials that enable them to lead and live greater lives with confidence and passion. Each workshop is unalike but it is based on equipping each woman with a feeling of empowerment to make a change, big or small in their lives and for their future. One of the benefits of this women’s initiative is for them to experience an ongoing reminder of how incredible, enabled and unique they all are.
Allowing them to truly express their full capabilities and self-worth, utilising their exceptional talents and abilities.
Youth workshops are directed on facilitating young people to meet with their friends, socialise and become part of the society in which they live. Our objective is to help minors and teens to move through puberty to adulthood by fostering and promoting their personal growth. This is why the workshops are designed for informative learning and developmental purposes.
Our aim is to teach youngsters social skills, leadership qualities and facilitate them to learn about themselves. This in turn helps them foster lifelong strong and valuable relationships. The programs focus is on developing strength, self-awareness, inventiveness and originality.
Our youth development programmes are based on these values to help develop these abilities in youngsters.
We teach them to feel worthy and build self-confidence. We do this by encouraging opportunities for leadership, tolerance, empathy and friendship and in doing so, we help them navigate adolescence.
One of the focal points in our workshops is breath awareness. We teach young people to use breathing techniques to improve their concentration, build self-esteem and cope with challenging emotional situations. This has a valuable and long lasting, positive impact on their lives.
We do this in a fun and interactive way which empowers them and builds confidence, feelings of happiness, focus, relaxation and self- awareness.
Being able to work in a collective work space with like-minded people helps boost your confidence, motivates you and adds to productivity, which is the blueprint for happiness. Different perspectives are at the forefront of collaborations. When you endeavour to bring people with different profiles and environments together you succeed in getting an abundant range of ideas and opinions which has an essential impact on the quality of any venture. The participants get the benefits of what I have to offer and what other parties bring to the event and this in turn will encourage a unique perspective and angle on the experience. What do retreats do for our personal benefit and soul?
We restore and rejuvenate by attending retreats. We experience spiritual healing, vigour, introspection, yoga and workshops.
